Cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 12 hours’ notice by phone or email. Inside that window, cancellations may incur a $25 fee to cover the crew’s reserved time — but we evaluate each case individually.

How long does a clean take?

A typical 3-bedroom home takes 4 to 6 hours with a two-person team. Office and commercial spaces vary widely by square footage. We confirm the estimated duration when you book and don’t change it mid-job. If we finish early, the price stays the same.

What about payment?

Residential payment is due the day of service — we accept card, ACH, Zelle, and check. Commercial accounts can be invoiced on Net-15 or Net-30 terms.

Can I trust your cleaners?

Yes — and that’s not a throwaway answer. Every team member passes a criminal background check, brings at least five years of professional cleaning experience, and completes an in-person interview before being assigned to a client. We’re bonded and insured for $500,000.

What if I’m not satisfied with the result?

Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean the issue at no charge. We’d rather make it right than argue about it.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
