How quickly can you start service?
For residential: most homes can be scheduled within 5-7 business days. For commercial: typically 1-2 weeks from contract signing.
What’s the smallest job you take?
We don’t have a minimum. We’ve cleaned studio apartments and we’ve cleaned 100,000 sq ft commercial buildings.
Do I have to sign a contract?
For commercial: a month-to-month service agreement after the first 30 days. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. For residential: no contracts at all. Cancel any time.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Always free, always no-obligation. We don’t charge for phone estimates or commercial walk-throughs.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. $500,000 general liability coverage and bonded for property and key access. COIs available within 1-2 business days of request.
What payment methods do you accept?
Residential: card, ACH, Zelle, check. Commercial: Net-15 or Net-30 invoicing standard, with card/ACH/check/wire payment options.
