Cleaning that fits a working facility

Warehouse and industrial cleaning is fundamentally different from office or retail cleaning. The square footage is larger, the surfaces are harder, the priorities are different, and the timing has to work around shifts that may run 16 or 24 hours a day. You’re not paying for polish — you’re paying for safety, OSHA compliance, employee experience in the parts of the facility your team actually spends time in, and a clean office-side that visitors and clients can see without embarrassment.

We clean the parts of a warehouse facility that matter most: the office and administrative side, the breakrooms and restrooms your team uses, the dock and shipping areas, and the floors that absorb the most traffic. We focus our effort where it has the highest impact on safety, employee experience, and presentation — and we’re honest about what we don’t do (specialized equipment cleaning, hazardous material handling, regulated industrial waste).

What we cover in a warehouse or industrial facility

Office and administrative areas: Front office, receptionist or check-in area, conference rooms, and management offices cleaned to standard office levels.

Restrooms (employee and visitor): Toilets, urinals, sinks, and fixtures cleaned and sanitized. Floors mopped with appropriate disinfectants. Mirrors polished. Soap, paper, and supplies restocked from your inventory.

Breakrooms, cafeterias, and employee lounges: Tables and seating wiped and sanitized. Microwaves and shared appliances cleaned inside and out. Refrigerator exteriors wiped (interiors on request). Vending machine exteriors cleaned. Floors swept and mopped. Trash emptied completely.

Dock and shipping areas (office side): Shipping office, paperwork stations, and dock supervisor areas cleaned. Loading dock floor immediately inside the building swept and tidied. High-touch surfaces wiped. We don’t handle the dock exterior, loading equipment, or operational areas.

Common areas, hallways, and stairwells: Hallways swept and mopped or vacuumed depending on surface. Stairwells and landings cleaned, handrails wiped and sanitized. Elevator interiors cleaned (where applicable).

Warehouse floor (cleaning side, not operations side): The administrative and walkway portions of the warehouse floor — main aisles, designated walkways, and high-traffic paths between offices and operational areas — swept, dust-mopped, or scrubbed depending on surface and frequency.

Warehouse floors are a different category

Warehouse floors are usually concrete, sealed concrete, or epoxy-coated concrete — surfaces that take heavy traffic and need different cleaning than office tile or carpet. Standard nightly cleaning includes sweep and dust-mop for walkways and high-traffic areas.

Nightly basic floor care: Sweep and dust-mop of walkways, aisles, and high-traffic areas. Spot mopping where needed.

Periodic deeper floor cleaning (weekly, biweekly, or monthly): For higher-volume facilities or floors that need more than nightly sweep-and-mop, we offer scheduled deeper cleaning of administrative walkways and high-priority areas. Machine floor scrubbing — using walk-behind or ride-on scrubbers — is a service we’re adding to our equipment lineup; for facilities that need it before then, we can coordinate with a floor care partner or schedule it as the service comes online.

Operational warehouse floor cleaning: For deep cleaning of operational warehouse floors (the working areas where pallets are stored and forklifts operate), we recommend a specialized industrial cleaning vendor with the equipment and crew size for full-facility floor work.

Five things outside our scope — and why

Hazardous material spills or cleanup: Chemical spills, oil cleanup beyond minor amounts, or any HAZMAT-regulated cleaning requires licensed environmental remediation vendors.

Regulated industrial waste: Solvents, lubricants, batteries, and other regulated waste require licensed haulers under EPA and state environmental regulations.

Machinery and equipment cleaning: Forklifts, conveyors, packing machines, and production equipment require manufacturer-specific cleaning procedures and lockout-tagout safety protocols.

Exterior facility cleaning: Parking lots, dumpster areas, loading dock exteriors, building exteriors, and grounds are outside our scope.

Pest control and remediation: We notice and report pest issues we observe during cleaning, but we don’t handle pest control.

Cleaning that fits warehouse shifts

Between shifts (most common): For facilities with shift changes — typically a gap between second and third shift, or third and first shift — crews work during that window.

Off-peak windows: For 24-hour facilities without clear shift breaks, we work during the slowest operational window of your day — often 2-5 AM for facilities with a small overnight crew.

Weekend deep cleaning: For facilities that close on Saturday or Sunday, weekend cleaning windows allow for more thorough work.

i

We don’t pretend to do specialty cleaning

We’re explicit about scope — office-side, restrooms, breakrooms, walkways, and administrative areas.

ii

Shift-flexible scheduling

Most warehouse cleaning vendors operate on standard after-hours schedules that don’t fit warehouse operations. We schedule around your shifts.

iii

Restrooms and breakrooms taken seriously

Two areas warehouse employees notice immediately when they’re not maintained.

iv

Net-15 or Net-30 invoicing

Warehouse and industrial accounts typically expect business invoicing terms — not payment on the day of service.

v

Background-checked, bonded staff

Every crew member passes a criminal background check before assignment. We’re bonded and carry $500,000 general liability coverage.

How is warehouse cleaning priced?

Most warehouse contracts are priced by square footage of the spaces we actually clean (office area, breakrooms, restrooms, walkways) — not total facility square footage. A 50,000 square foot warehouse with a 3,000 square foot office area is priced primarily on the 3,000 square foot office side plus designated walkways.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

We bring all standard cleaning supplies, equipment, and products. Machine floor scrubbing equipment is being added to our lineup; for facilities that require scheduled machine scrubbing immediately, we can coordinate with a floor care partner during the interim. Consumables for your restrooms and breakrooms — paper products, soap, trash liners — are typically supplied by you unless you’d prefer we supply them.

How do you handle safety protocols and PPE on the warehouse floor?

Our crews follow your facility’s safety protocols. If your facility requires high-visibility vests, steel-toed boots, or specific PPE for crew members in the operational areas, we comply.

Can you handle a facility with 24-hour operations?

Yes. 24-hour facilities are scheduled during your lowest-traffic operational window.

What about restroom restocking and supply management?

We restock from your inventory during each cleaning visit. Some facilities prefer we manage the supply inventory entirely (we order, stock, and bill consumables as a separate line item); others prefer to manage their own inventory.

Do you work with property management or facility management companies?

Yes. We can work directly with the FM company or directly with the tenant.

How quickly can you start service?

For warehouses ready to switch vendors, we can typically start within 5-7 business days of contract signing.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?

Yes. We carry $500,000 general liability and are bonded. COIs are typically sent within 1-2 business days of request.
