Standard scope, by frequency
Every commercial contract is custom-quoted, but here’s the baseline scope that comes with our recurring commercial cleaning. Add-ons (carpet, window cleaning, periodic deep-cleans) can be built into your contract or scheduled separately.
Daily / Nightly Service
- Trash and recycling emptied and replaced
- Restrooms cleaned, restocked, sanitized
- Kitchens and breakrooms wiped and sanitized
- High-touch surfaces disinfected
- Floors vacuumed (carpet) and dust-mopped (hard surface)
- Common areas tidied

Weekly Service: (in addition to daily basics):
- Floors mopped (hard surface)
- Glass partitions and entry doors cleaned
- Detailed dusting of accessible surfaces

When we work, how we work
Most commercial accounts run after-hours or before opening, so your business is never disrupted. During-hours and on-site day porter service available on request for the buildings that need it.
After-hours (most common)
Crews arrive after your business closes and finish before you open the next day. Most offices, retail, and professional services run this way. Building access handled through your protocols.
Pre-opening
Crews arrive early and finish before your staff or customers arrive. Common for fitness centers, daycares, and retail spaces that open midday or later.
Day porter / on-site presence (on request)
A dedicated staff member on-site during your business hours for continuous cleaning, restroom monitoring, spill response, and meeting-room turnover. Available on request for qualifying commercial contracts. Discussed during the walk-through.

We invoice commercial accounts on standard business terms. Card, ACH, check, or wire — whatever your AP department prefers.
Bonded, insured, documented
$500,000 general liability coverage. Bonded for property and key access. Certificate of insurance available for your records or property manager — typically within 1-2 business days of request.
One point of contact
You don’t talk to a dispatcher. You have a named account manager who knows your account, your crew, and your building.
How a commercial contract starts
From first call to first clean: about a week
Initial call (15 minutes)
Tell us about your space — square footage, type of business, current cleaning situation, and what you wish was different. We’ll confirm we’re a fit and book a walk-through.
On-site walk-through (30–45 minutes)
We come to your space, see what your business actually does, identify the spots that need attention, and ask questions a phone call can’t answer.
Written proposal (within 1 business day)
You receive a proposal with scope, frequency, crew size, hours, pricing, and contract terms in writing.
First clean and inspection
We schedule your first clean. After it’s done, we walk the space with you (or send photos) and confirm everything meets your standard.
How is commercial cleaning priced?
Most commercial work is priced based on square footage, frequency, scope, and access requirements. We quote a flat monthly rate so you can budget — not a variable per-visit rate. The quote you receive is the price you pay; no surcharges or “found work” fees.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We work on month-to-month service agreements after the first 30 days. You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. We’ve found that good service earns the relationship — long contracts just trap unhappy clients.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Yes. We carry $500,000 general liability and are fully bonded. We send COIs to property managers and corporate clients within 1-2 business days of request, with your company or property listed as additional insured if needed.
What about building access and security?
We follow your building’s existing protocols. Crews can be issued keys (logged and signed for), given access codes, paired with building security, or check in via your visitor system. All staff are background-checked before assignment.
Do you work with property management companies?
Yes — multi-tenant buildings, condo associations, and commercial property managers make up a meaningful portion of our work. We can quote individual buildings or portfolios.
What if our existing cleaning vendor is missing things?
Tell us what’s being missed during the walk-through and we’ll build it into the proposal explicitly. The most common reason commercial clients switch is inconsistency.
Can you handle COVID/flu season deep disinfections?
Yes. We offer EPA-approved disinfection as an add-on to any contract, and we can scale up during seasonal illness peaks. Same-day or next-day response for active outbreaks at existing clients.
What hours do you work?
Most commercial cleaning happens after-hours (evenings/overnight) or pre-opening (early morning). On-site day porter service available on request. Saturday and Sunday cleaning available on request.
