What we do
Residential cleaning that actually fits your home
Residential cleaning sounds simple — clean the house — but the version that actually works long-term has more to it. The same crew has to show up every visit. The cleaning has to match what your family’s actual needs are (pets, allergies, specific surfaces). The pricing has to make sense for the size of your home. The cleaners have to know the difference between a quick maintenance clean and a deep clean. And the whole thing has to be predictable enough that you can plan around it.
We’ve built our residential service around those realities. Same crew every visit. Tiered pricing that matches home size. Recurring, deep, and one-time options. And we’re honest about what we charge — no quote inflation when we arrive, no surcharges for finding “extra work.”
Pricing
Pricing for most homes
Residential cleaning is priced by home size. These are starting prices — exact quotes depend on condition, frequency, and any specific needs. For larger or unique homes (5+ bedrooms, very large square footage, specialty surfaces), we quote custom.
Studio / 1-BR apartment
From $145 per visit
2-BR home / apartment
From $175 per visit
3-BR home
From $215 per visit
4-BR home
From $285 per visit
5+ BR / very large home
Custom quote
These prices are for recurring biweekly service. Weekly service is similar pricing per visit. Monthly service runs higher per visit because the home requires more work between cleans. Deep cleans and first-time cleans typically run 1.5-2x a standard recurring visit.
What we offer
Three ways to book residential cleaning
Recurring service
Most common. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits with the same crew. Same scope each time. Lower per-visit price because we maintain the home rather than reset it every visit.
Deep cleaning
A more thorough one-time clean. Inside cabinets, baseboards, light fixtures, behind appliances where accessible. Often booked as a “reset” before starting recurring service, or seasonally (spring/fall).
One-time cleans
Single visits for specific situations. Pre-event cleans (hosting, holidays), post-event cleans (party recovery), pre-listing cleans (selling), or just a one-off because your house needs it.
How often
Frequency for most homes
Cleaning frequency depends on your household size, pets, kids, and your standards. Here’s what works for most homes.
Weekly
Larger homes, busy households, allergies, pets, frequent entertaining
Biweekly
The default for most homes. Every two weeks keeps the home from feeling out of hand without overpaying
Monthly
Smaller homes, hybrid living situations, or homes where the homeowner does most of the cleaning
One-time / on-call
For homes that don’t need recurring service but want professional cleaning seasonally or for specific occasions

The same crew, every visit
Your home is assigned to a specific crew, typically two cleaners. You’ll know their names. They learn how you like things done, where everything goes, and what you flagged last time.
Pricing that doesn’t change
The price we quote is what you pay. No “we found extra work” surcharges, no quote inflation when we arrive, no surprise fees.
Background-checked staff
Every cleaner passes a criminal background check before assignment. We’re bonded and insured.
Experienced people, not entry-level
Every crew member brings at least five years of professional cleaning experience.
Eco-safe products as standard
Low-VOC, third-party-certified cleaning products. Prefer your own brand? Tell us — we’ll use what you provide.
Re-clean guarantee
If something isn’t right, tell us within 24 hours. We come back and fix it at no charge.
How it works
From first call to first clean
Phone estimate (15 minutes)
Tell us about your home — size, layout, pets, preferences. We’ll quote the price during the call. Same-day quote turnaround for most homes.
Book
Schedule recurring or one-time visit. No long-term contracts — month-to-month after the first visit. Cancel or reschedule with 12 hours’ notice.
We clean
Your assigned crew arrives on time. Same crew every visit. Be there or not — we’ll work around you. Key drop-off, lockbox, or coded entry — whatever you prefer.
You inspect (or don’t)
Walk through when we’re done, or flag anything within 24 hours. Anything you flag, we fix.
How many cleaners come to my home?
For a standard residential clean, two cleaners. Deep cleans and larger homes (4+ bedrooms) sometimes use three. We confirm crew size when we book.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our recurring clients aren’t. You can leave a key in a secure location, provide a code, or give us a duplicate key that we store in our office safe.
What about pets?
We’re comfortable working in homes with pets. Tell us about your pet during the estimate so we know what to expect. We don’t need pets locked up unless you prefer it. We’re trained to work around pets gently.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment, including eco-safe products. If you prefer specific products (allergy concerns, specific brand preferences), we use what you supply.
How long does a cleaning take?
A 3-bedroom home typically takes 4-6 hours with a two-person crew. Larger homes, deep cleans, and first-time cleans take longer.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 12 hours’ notice. Inside that window, cancellations may incur a $25 fee to cover the crew’s reserved time.
What about payment?
Payment due day of service. We accept card, ACH, Zelle, and check. Recurring clients can be set up for auto-pay.
Can I trust your cleaners with my home?
Yes. Every cleaner passes a criminal background check, brings at least five years of professional cleaning experience, and completes an in-person interview before being assigned. We’re bonded for $500,000 in general liability.
What’s the difference between recurring service and a deep clean?
Recurring service maintains the home in clean condition — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen. Deep cleans address the spots recurring service doesn’t: inside appliances, inside cabinets, baseboards, light fixtures. Deep cleans are 1.5-2x the price and take longer. Most clients book one deep clean to start, then recurring service.
