What we do (and don’t yet)
Carpet cleaning, scope explained
Carpet cleaning is one of the cleaning categories where we’re explicit about what we currently offer and what’s coming soon. We’re not going to sell you on capabilities we don’t have.
What we do now
- Carpet vacuuming as standard part of every cleaning visit (residential and commercial)
- Spot cleaning of stains as they appear
- Upholstery vacuuming during recurring service
- Coordination with extraction partners when full carpet extraction is needed
What’s coming online soon
- Truck-mounted carpet extraction equipment
- Steam extraction and hot-water extraction service
- Heavy-duty upholstery extraction
- Pet stain and odor treatment via extraction
For clients who need full carpet extraction immediately, we can coordinate with extraction partners — typically scheduled within 7-14 days of request. Once our equipment comes online, we’ll offer this directly. We’ll be honest about pricing and timing throughout that transition.
Standard scope today
What we cover right now
Vacuuming as standard: Every recurring cleaning visit includes thorough vacuuming with HEPA-equipped vacuums.
Spot cleaning of stains: When stains appear between extraction cleanings, we treat them as part of our recurring visits. Coffee spills, pet accidents, food drops, and minor stains get attention before they set.
Coordination for extraction: When clients need full carpet extraction — typically once or twice a year for residential, more frequently for high-traffic commercial — we coordinate with extraction partners and schedule the work alongside our recurring service.
Coming soon
Equipment we’re adding
We’re investing in commercial carpet extraction equipment to bring this service in-house in the coming months. When the equipment comes online, we’ll offer:
- Hot-water extraction (steam cleaning) for deep cleaning of heavily soiled carpets
- Truck-mounted units for commercial buildings with large carpeted areas
- Heavy-duty upholstery extraction for commercial furniture and high-traffic seating
- Pet stain and odor treatment using extraction-based enzymatic cleaners
We’re not announcing a specific launch date because timing depends on equipment delivery and crew training. We’ll communicate directly with clients when the service is available.
We’re honest about what we offer
Other cleaning vendors will sell you carpet extraction services they can’t deliver well. We’re explicit: vacuuming and spot care now, extraction coming.
Spot care included in recurring service
You don’t pay extra for stain treatment between extractions.
Reliable extraction coordination
When you need extraction now, we handle the coordination with partner vendors so it’s not your problem.
Experienced people
Every crew member brings at least five years of professional cleaning experience.
Why not just refer me to a carpet cleaning vendor?
For clients who need standalone extraction service today, we’ll happily refer one. For clients who want carpet care as part of recurring cleaning relationships, we want to be honest about what we currently offer and what’s coming.
When will extraction service launch?
We’re not committing to a specific date because timing depends on equipment delivery and training. We’ll update this page when extraction service is available, and we’ll proactively notify existing clients.
Can you handle pet stains and odors?
Surface treatment yes; deep extraction-based treatment no, until our equipment comes online. For severe pet stain situations, we recommend an extraction vendor.
What about upholstery cleaning?
Vacuuming yes; deeper upholstery cleaning (steam or extraction) will be added when carpet extraction launches.
