When to book
Three situations this is for
Moving out of an apartment or rental
Schedule cleaning for the day after you’re fully moved out. Landlord inspection typically happens within 7 days.
Moving into a new home
Schedule cleaning for the day before move-in. Previous occupants’ cleaning is rarely up to standard, even in clean-looking spaces.
Selling or listing a home
Schedule before professional photography. A clean home shows better, photographs better, and sells faster.
How long does a move-out clean take?
For a 2-bedroom apartment with average condition: 4-6 hours with a two-person crew. For a 3-bedroom home: 6-8 hours. Larger homes and worse-condition units take longer. We confirm the estimate when we book.
Do I have to be there during the cleaning?
No. Most clients aren’t. You can leave a key in a lockbox, provide a code, or coordinate with your landlord or new tenant for access.
Will this guarantee I get my deposit back?
No cleaning vendor can promise this — landlord deductions can be for reasons unrelated to cleaning. But professional move-out cleaning addresses the cleaning-related deductions that account for most disputes.
Can you do same-week scheduling?
Usually yes, especially for standard-size apartments. For larger homes or peak moving seasons (summer, year-end), 1-2 weeks advance booking is recommended.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring everything needed.
What if my landlord finds something missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and address it at no charge. Our re-clean guarantee applies to move-out cleans.
Do you handle commercial move-outs (office, retail)?
Yes. Office move-outs and retail move-outs are quoted custom based on size and scope. Different from residential move-outs but the same principle: deep cleaning that addresses what the next tenant or property manager will inspect.
